Division Description

The City of San Carlos Human Resources Division is part of a progressive organization dedicated to providing excellent service to our community. The Human Resources staff is a highly qualified team that provides the full scope of professional, technical and support services important in attracting and retaining excellent employees.

Mission Statement

The Human Resources Division is responsible for providing administrative direction to and implementation of the City's employee and labor relations programs, establishing and monitoring personnel practices and policies consistent with mandatory Federal and State regulations.
